Reviews and Ratings
My stay was disappointing overall. While the beds were comfortable and the showers good, the overall atmosphere was very dreary and depressing. The noise levels from neighboring rooms were unbearable, making it hard to sleep. The location was decent, but there are certainly better options around. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The location is practically unbeatable, as it's right in the heart of the nightlife in Medellín, making it easy to explore local eateries. However, the noise levels were an issue, and I found the response to complaints lacking. Overall, it's a decent option if you can handle the hustle and bustle, but I wouldn't say it was the best value for what we paid.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the concierge had good English and provided helpful suggestions for local activities. However, I was disappointed by the noisy top-floor restaurant and the somewhat basic breakfast options. Overall, it felt like the hotel had potential but could use some improvements for a better stay.
The hotel has a prime location with some incredible food recommendations and a lovely rooftop area, but it struggles with room darkness and service issues, particularly at the bar. While the breakfast provided a great variety, the overall upkeep of the hotel appears lacking, and I left with some worries about cleanliness.
The hotel is beautiful with spacious rooms, and the rooftop terrace offers stunning views. The service was outstanding with a warm welcome, but I did notice some issues like the dark rooms and noise disturbances. The location is excellent, just a short walk from numerous bars and restaurants, but be prepared for some nighttime noise if your room faces the street.
